Consultation

Cancellation of an appointment

You may cancel your appointment free of charge 48 hours before the evaluation the latest.

We have limited appointments available for our consultations – we can only accept 10 patients/day, so it is very important to attend the appointment you have booked.

If you think you cannot make it to the consultation, please notify our colleagues, so we can book in another patient from the waiting list.

Please note that only the first consultation is free of charge.

If the modification or cancellation of the appointment takes place at least 48 hours prior to the evaluation via e-mail, no fee will apply. If the modification or cancellation takes place in less than 48 hours before the evaluation, or in case of a no-show, the clinic will charge £ 35 for your second appointment.

Treatment

Payment

The payment of the treatment is made at the clinic on the day of the surgery in the currency indicated in your treatment plan option. You can find detailed information on the terms of payment in your treatment plan option. Please note that discounted offers are valid only in case of cash payments.

Cancellation of treatment dates

You may cancel your treatment date free of charge 10 days before the surgery the latest.

Arranging your hair transplant surgery requires allocating human resources – a surgeon, 2 assistants and an interpreter, as well as reserving one of our surgery rooms for 2 days. For this reason, we can only accept modifications or cancellations free of charge in case we are notified at least 10 days prior to the date of your surgery.

If the modification or cancellation of a treatment date takes place at least 10 days prior to the first surgery day via e-mail, no fee will apply. If the modification or cancellation takes place in less than 10 days before the first surgery day, or in case of a no-show, the clinic will charge 350 euros as a cancellation fee, as we are unable to organise another procedure on a short notice.

The total amount of the cancellation fee is distributed among the staff (originally booked for your treatment) as compensation; the clinic does not receive any shares from the cancellation fee.

If the surgery cannot be carried out

If the patient appears for the treatment at the previously discussed appointment, but we are unable to carry out the procedure due to the patient’s medical condition or any other unforeseen reason, the cancellation fee will not apply. In such cases the patient has to bear the costs of the airport transfers (2*25 Euros) and the accommodation (60 Euros / day) for the duration of their stay.

Data collected through the site is used primarily for the fulfillment of the demands of our patients/customers, secondly, the development of the general activity of HairPalace.

HairPalace will send the requested information on a regular basis to those who register for the newsletter. Users can at any time unsubscribe from the mailing list.

It may happen that beyond our newsletter, we may send you special information which are only general materials related to our customers’ demands and are not advertising or marketing materials.

Data collected by our company is never disclosed to third parties. The data is always processed in accordance with the provisions of the law on data protection. You have the right to receive a copy of your stored personal data at any time. In addition, you are entitled to withdraw your consent with future effect at any time.
